CPLH is the premier California health law publication with 46 chapters of comprehensive legal information, including current laws, regulations and court decisions related to the practice of medicine. CPLH, available in a multi-volume print format, as an online subscription or a combination of print/online, is updated annually by CMA attorneys to include the most recent changes in health law. CPLH 2015 includes new and updated sections on several areas of California health law, including: accountable care organizations, electronic communication with patients, new rules on controlled substances disposal, hydrocodone rescheduling, and other physician licensing and practice issues. The CPLH website features full search term capabilities using keywords, specific citations and court cases, as well as the ability to save searches and easily email and download CPLH content. Updated content is available now for select chapters, with the remainder being updated very soon. A CPLH website subscription comes with access for five individual users.
